During our New Year's stay, we were delighted by the friendly and attentive service provided by the staff. They made us feel welcomed and went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. The cleanliness of the rooms was exceptional, and we appreciated the modern and well-maintained bathrooms. the hotel's convenient location allowed us easy access to key attractions and amenities in the area.

We did encounter a few minor inconveniences during our stay. The hotel's internet connection was slow, and the process of obtaining a new log-in and password every hour was tedious and unnecessary.

During my recent stay at Franchise One, I was delighted to find the rooms to be comfortable and modern. The hotel has clearly made upgrades since previous reviews mentioned issues with the rooms. The bed was cozy and the bathroom was clean and well-maintained. I appreciated the attention to detail in the room decor.

I had a pleasant experience at Franchise One Hotel. While there were a few drawbacks mentioned in previous reviews, such as limited parking and no water heater/kettle in the room, these did not negatively impact my stay.

Spent Xmas here, great value for money and staff really friendly. Location was perfect, close to everything we wanted to do and plenty of restaurant choices nearby. Rooms were very clean and comfy. the breakfast buffets had lots of variety and really yummy. the best part was the rooftop pool with stunning views of the city, perfect way to relax after a long day exploring.

The elevators were a bit slow and cramped when there were a lot of people waiting. the shower pressure wasn't the strongest which made it hard to take a proper shower.
